Cheese Vat is a dairy processing machine for coagulation, cutting, and processing of curds to make different cheeses. Milkaya cheese vat is capable of heating the milk to the required temperature, stirring, and cutting the curd, which saves a lot of time and makes it easy for further processing. The cheese vat can be used to manufacture soft and semi-soft cheese and also hard and semi-hard cheeses of different kinds such as mozzarella cheese, white cheese, cheddar cheese, gouda cheese, halloumi cheese, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, cottage cheese, etc.
